The business description is where you are going to describe what your business will do as well as what you expect to happen in the future.
The marketing strategy is where you are going to display your marketing plans.
The competitive analysis is where you will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors. Knowing what your competitors are doing and what is hindering them from reaching their fullest potential is what is going to help your business be a success.
Design & Development
Your design and development is going to show investors what your products design is going to be as well as lay out the budget to them.
Operations & Management
The operations and management section is going to show how your business is going to function successfully. It will show what each team member is responsible for doing as well as any expenses that are going to be used toward operating the business.
The financial factors are going to be at the end of your business plan and it is going to show the business concept on a financial level.
