Any business owner will have to deal with rejection on a constant basis. Freelancers are especially vulnerable to this. They have to contend with getting rejected by large clients and seeing requests for work revisions in their email inbox.
You’re almost certainly going to feel frustrated and upset. Share the stress with someone else to help take the weight off your shoulders.
Tell someone about the problems you’re having. Tell them you’re having problems and you just want to talk. The person in question doesn’t have to do anything. The act of sharing is enough to relieve some of the strain on yourself.

Overall, preventing yourself from becoming a hermit starts with being content with your professional lifestyle. No freelancer will put work aside if they’re worried about the amount of money they’re earning. Get creative and stay healthy.
Do all this and you’ll reduce your stress levels. Either way, a self-employed worker will always have o deal with difficult periods. The difference between healthy businesspeople and unhealthy ones is the healthy person’s negative periods are temporary.
